Three hundred personas urge UK to stop involvement with Israel

(MENAFN) Over 300 famous personas from arts and public urged the British government to stop its ‘complicity’ in Gaza.
An open letter written to British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and gained by a news agency on Thursday mentioned “we urge you to take immediate action to end the UK's complicity in the horrors in Gaza.”

Benedict Cumberbatch, Dua Lipa, Annie Lennox, Gary Lineker, Paloma Faith, as well as Lena Headey were between the people from the media and arts who joined the top doctors, academics, advocacy group, and a Holocaust survivor.

Conducted by refugee charity Choose Love, the letter blames the British government of permitting UK weapons to be sold to Israel and giving permits for weapons, as well as command an urgent adjournment.

In addition, the open letter calls for an urgent humanitarian access for assistant organizations and urge the British government to obligate to negotiating a truce for “the children of Gaza.”
