Police Arrest Man After Minor Blast
According to law enforcement sources, the detonation happened along the 400 block of South Gilmor Street during Memorial Day.
Federal agencies were present at the location to assist with the response.
A message from the Baltimore City Fire Department indicated that a "small explosion in a trash can" had been reported. Officials further stated that a nearby structure endured only “minimal damage.”
There were no casualties, and a formal inquiry is currently underway.
