Croatia Accelerates Nuclear Initiative to Tackle Electricity Deficit
Susnjar highlighted the successful progress of the Nuclear Energy Working Group, formed by the government in February to spearhead the project, stating that "is moving forward very well." On Wednesday, the group met with stakeholders interested in providing nuclear technology to Croatia.
He also mentioned that the working group is set to draft a legal framework for parliamentary approval by summer and will recommend the establishment of a new agency to supervise the project.
Croatia, Susnjar affirmed, is committed to investing in its energy infrastructure, aiming for greater energy independence.
