India Denies Pakistan’s Explosion Accusations

(MENAFN) India has firmly dismissed Pakistan's accusations linking it to a recent suicide bombing in Balochistan province, which reportedly claimed the lives of five people, including three minors.

The Indian government has labeled the allegations as “baseless,” asserting that such claims are merely an effort to shift focus away from Pakistan’s own global image as a breeding ground for terrorism.

A spokesperson from India’s Ministry of External Affairs, Randhir Jaiswal, responded sharply to the allegations, stating, “India rejects the baseless allegations made by Pakistan regarding Indian involvement with the incident in Khuzdar earlier today.”

He added that India expresses sympathy for the victims of all such tragedies.

However, Jaiswal emphasized that “in order to divert attention from its reputation as the global epicenter of terrorism and to hide its own gross failings,” Pakistan habitually holds India accountable for its internal disturbances.

The blast occurred when a vehicle transporting students was attacked in Khuzdar, a district in Balochistan, on Wednesday morning.

According to a report from Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the media branch of Pakistan’s military, five individuals—including three children—lost their lives, and several more sustained injuries.

The ISPR accused India of orchestrating terror through surrogate entities to destabilize Pakistan.

Their statement read, “Having failed in the Operation Bunnianum Marsoos and being hunted by military and law enforcement agencies, these Indian terror proxies are being employed as a state tool by India to foment terrorism in Pakistan against soft targets such as innocent children and civilians.”
