Russia prohibits Harry Potter, Game of Thrones
Russian President Vladimir Putin inked a bill the previous year forbidding the advertisement of childfree and targeted at the informing process of subjects that inspire the refusal of parenthood through the press, movies, promotion and on-line. Substance that are detected to break these laws can be obstructed and those who release it may deal with fines which would reach USD5,000 dollars for people and approximately USD62,000 dollars for officials and legal institutions.
