Think Tank supports Spain's position on Gaza
(MENAFN) On Monday, a think tank voiced a firm backing for latest comments made by Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez on the Israeli genocide on Gaza, praising his disapproval of Israel and requiring international action to end the ethnic cleansing on Palestinians.
The Forum of Thought and Strategic Studies, which includes Arab and Islamic experts, politicians and human rights enthusiasts, reported “we highly commend the stance taken by the Spanish prime minister.”
In addition, it also applauded the Spanish government and the people for their “diplomatic and humanitarian efforts” to stop end the brutality in Gaza and allow access for aid.
In a statement, the forum said it “firmly stands in solidarity” with Spain’s stance and applauded Sanchez’s remarks exposing Israel’s behavior in Gaza publicly.
Encouraging an instant truce in Gaza, it requested world presidents, the United Nations and international organizations to resonance Spain’s stance and boost pressing action on Israel to stop its military operation and allow humanitarian assistance into the zone.
