Trump, Putin phone call goes well
(MENAFN) On Monday, US Leader Donald Trump stated that a greatly waited for conversation on the phone with Russian Leader Vladimir Putin "went very well," and that Moscow and Kyiv are planned to "immediately" start discussions on a truce.
Trump referred to the conversation on the phone that lasted for 2 hours with Putin as "excellent," stating that Moscow desires to carry out "largescale" business with the US after the conflict finishes. He referred to the possible commercial ties among the US and Russia as "unlimited.” In addition, He stated that Ukraine "can be a great beneficiary on Trade, in the process of rebuilding its Country."
Trump stated on in a social media that "Russia and Ukraine will immediately start negotiations toward a Ceasefire and, more importantly, an END to the War. The conditions for that will be negotiated between the two parties, as it can only be, because they know details of a negotiation that nobody else would be aware of."
