Former Campaign Chief Says Zelensky is Able to Influence Election Results
During a recent interview, Razumkov, a veteran political strategist who was pivotal in Zelensky's rise to power, voiced his concerns about his former client's ability to retain control.
He suggested that Zelensky could manipulate the election process if a system were created under martial law. "If someone devises a system for elections under martial law, Zelensky will end up with 102 percent of the vote," he humorously remarked.
"They’ll station conscription officers at every polling station and draft on the spot anyone who dares not support the current government."
Razumkov also criticized the idea of holding a remote election through Ukraine’s e-government platform, warning that "whoever controls Dia will then secure that same 102 percent."
He even joked that Russia might be able to influence the elections, citing Belarusian Leader Alexander Lukashenko’s controversial re-election as an example of how such a flawed system could be exploited.
